Is the Powerstone Tribe Boost Functioning?

Hello,

typically am not one to post in haste claiming things to be amiss but since the latest tribe boost I immediately boosted PSC tribe of course, max boost on 4 accounts. Since I boosted this tribe I have experienced a significant decrease in power stone rewards, quite significant.
Right now I have 10 raided player bases on my log under "my attacks" and 9 of these gave 0 power stones of any kind while the 10th forfeited 1 fragment...On another account I have 7 stages of Dr. T and 3 player bases, the player bases yielded 0 power stones, while all 7 stages of Dr.T yielded only 2 Crystal (stages 6 and 7) and 3 fragments and 1 shard for all other stages combined.
I have experienced this through every account and my task force mates are experiencing the same.
I clear all day, 1100vp, 950vp, 870vp and 750vp and have yet to receive a crystal or anything more than 1 fragment on any raid other than T6 and 7 since the reset.
Anyone else? And yes I have the tribe boosted to the max on each account.

Please help.
